๐Ÿ›‘How to increase productivity๐Ÿ™†

1.Be in touch with good friends (it will help a lot)

2.pomodoro technique

3.keep changing subjects,as we have 3 subjects(follow time division of 2:2:1 for anat:physio: biochem)

4.take short breaks in between (don't go through any social media app)

5.Most importantly stay hydrated, take care of your health & Give your ๐Ÿ’ฏ

If you are unable to increase productivity then:
INCREASE THE SITTING HOUR'S
Less efficiency means a task of 1 hour is taking 2hrs or more but if you can't improve productivity, you can definitely increase the no.of hours you are putting in !

๐Ÿค Don't think of others
you are competitor of yourself not others

๐ŸŒŸFor juniors who are complaining me that they're unable to read fast and retain what they read๐Ÿ˜ข

Here are some strategies you can use to read faster and improve your comprehension:

1.Preview the material before reading: Look at the headings, subheadings, and any illustrations or summaries to get an overview of what the text is about.

2.Use a pacer: Try using your finger or a pen to follow along the lines of text. This can help you keep your place and maintain a steady reading pace.

3.Eliminate distractions: Find a quiet place to read and eliminate any potential distractions, such as your phone or other electronic devices.

4.Active Reading: Engage with the text by asking questions, making connections, and summarizing the main points.

5.Practice: The more you read, the faster you will become. Try to set aside time each day for reading practice.

6.Use skimming and scanning: Skimming is reading quickly through the text to get the general idea, while scanning is looking for specific information. These techniques can help you quickly identify the most important information.

7.Take breaks: Taking breaks while reading can help you stay focused and retain information better.

8.Use Mnemonics: Try using memory techniques such as mnemonics to help you remember important information.

๐Ÿง It's important to remember that speed reading is not the only important factor, it's also important to understand the information and retain it. Practice these strategies, and be mindful of the purpose of the reading, it'll help you to read faster and understand better.

๐Ÿ“ˆ๐ŸŽฏ๐Ÿ”‘key strategies for memorization & retention:

1.Repetition: Repeating the information multiple times can help solidify it in your memory.

2.Active recall: Testing yourself on the information by trying to recall it from memory can help strengthen your memory of it.

3.Spaced repetition: Spacing out your study sessions over time, rather than cramming all at once, can help your brain better retain the information.

4.Mnemonics: Using memory aids such as mnemonic devices, mental images, or acronyms can help make the information easier to remember.

5.Chunking: Breaking the information down into smaller, manageable chunks can make it easier to learn and remember.

6.Sleep: Getting enough sleep is important for memory consolidation, so make sure you get enough rest.

7.Practice visualization: Creating mental images of the information can help to make it more memorable and easier to recall.

8.Teach others: Teaching the information to someone else can help you better understand and remember it, as you have to explain the information in your own words.

9.Write it down: Writing information down by hand can help to reinforce the memory and make it easier to recall later on.

10.Use multiple senses: Engaging multiple senses such as visual, auditory, and kinesthetic can help make the information more memorable.

11.๐ŸŒŸPrioritize: Focus on the most important information first and prioritize that over less important details.

12.Take breaks: Taking regular breaks while studying can help to refresh the mind and prevent burnout.

๐Ÿคท๐Ÿ™‡Ultimately,the best strategy will depend on the individual and the type of information being memorized. It may be helpful to experiment with different techniques to find what works best for you.
Remember that memorization is a process, and it takes time and effort to commit something to memory
