Legal consequences will be faced based on kedua-dua akta , Akta Rahsia Rasmi 1972 and Akta Hak Cipta 1987.

AMARAN ini juga diberikan kepada sesiapa guru yang menjual SOALAN RAMALAN kerana biasanya kandungan tersebut mengandungi soalan percubaan tahun tersebut.

PENGGUNAAN perkataan RAMALAN / MESTI KELUAR dan lain-lain untuk mengiklankan bahan-bahan /produk boleh disabitkan bersalah di bawah Seksyen 420 Kanun Keseksaan , Akta 574 dan dikenakan hukuman penjara selama tempoh tidak kurang dari 1 tahun dan tidak lebih dari 10 tahun dan juga dikenakan denda.

Assalamualaikum admin,i am really aware of my wrongdoing for selling the compilation of trial notes for CHEMISTRY F4&F5.here i'd like to make an official apology especially for the admin spmnetic management and to our previous customers.i was really unaware of the action of compiling the notes is known as wrongdoing.therefore,to compensate my lawbreaking/wrongdoing,i will return our customer's money back for purchasing chemistry notes.After what had happened,i am deeply felt guilty for what have🙏🏻 i done and therefore,i'd like to give the notes for free to all the spm students including the one i have compiled.Apart from that,i have seen so many people who are still selling the trial papers in gp,shopee etc.Hopefully what i have done today can become a lesson for myself and other people to become more aware and cautious next time🙏🏻.And please send my regards to admin joe,for making me aware of this unlawful crime🙏🏻.And i really hope that this case will end here because i'm also still a student and i dont want to make any more fuss.🙏🏻🙏🏻i'll be fully responsible to return our customers' money back

My advice,before you report a seller , send the amaran to them first , if they are still not taking down , then only choose to decide whether report or not.
