1. A - maximum displacement of particles from equilibrium position
2. T - time taken by particles to complete 1 complete oscillation
3. f - no. of complete oscillation made by a particle in 1 second
4. λ - distance between 2 consecutive points in 1 phase
5. v - distance traveled per second by a wave profile
