What will happen:
🔹 Servers on AMD Ryzen 9 5950X processor will be migrated to the new AMD Ryzen 7 8700GE processor.
🔹 Due to this, some services will be temporarily unavailable.
🔹 All works will be carried out as quickly as possible to minimize downtime.

Due to certain circumstances, we are forced to discontinue the use of the subnet 64.188.99.0/24.
In the near future, all clients' IP addresses will be replaced with addresses from our secondary pool: 193.23.221.0/24.
Please rest assured that all your servers and data remain fully intact.
We understand that the downtime — lasting over 24 hours — has impacted your services and potentially affected your LSA. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We are now beginning the migration process to transition services to the new IP pool.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Dear customers,
All systems and services are now fully operational. We have successfully resolved the network issue caused by a BGP session failure.
The root cause was a system error related to an AMD Ryzen processor update. As part of the recovery, we performed a migration and installed a new router, which will allow us to support 10Gbps on servers in the future. We also upgraded our DDoS protection.
Compensation: Clients affected by the issue can receive up to 2 days of compensation. Please message us privately if you were impacted.
Important: The issue has been fully resolved, and no further downtimes are expected.

You are absolutely right - the quality of service has noticeably dropped due to frequent outages and work on the infrastructure side. This is unacceptable and we realise this.
We are making every effort to improve the stability and reliability of the service. Such situations should not be repeated, and I personally will do everything possible to eliminate their causes and restore trust.
If your server has suffered due to down time, please contact me - I am ready to provide additional compensation. I sincerely understand that my mistakes will not bring you back lost users or downtime, but I will do my best to make it up to you.
