We have to inform you about the serious problems we have encountered in our service due to large-scale DDoS attacks. As a result of these attacks, some of our servers were knocked out of service. In addition, the implementation of new network infrastructure has caused malfunctions and, as a result, we are unable to operationally manage our servers.

Our priority at this time is to restore the functionality of our servers. Therefore, we apologise for any temporary inconvenience this may cause to you, our customers.

I would also like to inform you about our plans for the future. At the beginning of May, possibly as early as the 1st of May, we plan to migrate our service to a new hosting platform based on Hetzner hardware using AMD Ryzen processors. This upgrade will allow us to improve the performance and reliability of our services.

As part of our server upgrades, we also plan to implement additional security measures. One option is to use the DDoS attack protection provided by Path.net.

Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are doing our best to restore the normal functioning of our servers as soon as possible and provide stable and quality service to our customers.

Good news. We are back online, all paid hosting users we have switched to hardware based on AMD Ryzen 9 7950X processors, its clock speed is 5.7 GHz.
