3⃣نضيف Tartaric acid 2% و ethyl acetate فتنفصل عدنه الى طبقتين:
-طبقة عضوية تكون الكلويدات متعادلة او ضعيفة
-طبقة مائية تكون طبقة حامضية، tartaric acid والي تمتلك املاح الالكلويدات
