1⃣استخدام المذيبات غير القطبية مثل
-petroleum ether
-benzene
-alkane
حتى نتخلص من الكلوروفيل والشموع والزيوت الطيارة والزيوت الاساسية
2⃣الفلترة بأستخدام تبخير
-methanol
-ethanol 95%
التبخير باستخدام rotary evaporator حتى نخلي اكثر تركيز
3⃣نضيف Tartaric acid 2% و ethyl acetate فتنفصل عدنه الى طبقتين:
-طبقة عضوية تكون الكلويدات متعادلة او ضعيفة
-طبقة مائية تكون طبقة حامضية، tartaric acid والي تمتلك املاح الالكلويدات
⛔️ الطبقة المائية تكون quaternary alkaloids فقط رباعية
⛔️ الطبقة العضوية تكون Basic alkaloids الاولية والثانوية والثلاثية
⭕️ في كل من الكلويدات Cinchona و Coca راح نستخدم
