[ISSUE with Smart-Mev Protection]

Hi Everyone - the validators (JITO) that ALL trading platforms use to submit transactions with MEV protection is experiencing issues. They are hoping to resolve it shortly.

In the meantime, please toggle Smart-Mev protection to OFF, and ensure that you adjust slippage and priority accordingly (I've had to increase my priority from 0.02 to 0.03 this week)

Will update once this is resolved by JITO!

Since Day 1 - we lock down all endpoints on the Photon platform for the highest level of security for our users.

The simple misunderstanding with one of our users has been cleared up. This was an issue caused by rugged token and selling into a super low liquidity pool. We’ve taken care of the user and we’re full speed ahead on new upcoming features rolling out this week!

[APRIL 3rd UPDATES – Transaction table optimization + improved filling rate + timeout optimization]

1️⃣ We have successfully optimized the transaction tables under token show page for high volume tokens.

2️⃣ We have developed an in-house approach to improve fill rates during congestion times. Version 1.0 has been rolled out, with version 2.0 incoming. It's great to see that people are already noticing this improvement.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST, there have been a lot of impersonators/scams/fake links out there, so PLEASE be cautious and DO NOT CLICK on any of these links. Our team will never DM you.

2️⃣We will be rolling out Pump.fun support this week so you can trade Pump.fun tokens directly through Photon.

3️⃣We will be releasing an even faster way to send your transactions.

4️⃣Tokens that have been taken over by a community can now verify the token profile directly on Photon through our new self-serve service. Please allow up to 24hrs for the verification process and it is subject to approval by the Photon team.

Last but not least, the SOL 1.18 update has been pushed back to May. We will keep everyone posted as we hear more from the Solana team.

UPDATE 2: Multi-pair detection

As we all know, 1 token may have multiple trading pairs (eg. $WIF has multiple trading pairs across Raydium, Orca, Meteora). When you're trading, you might buy into different pairs for the same token.

We now provide an extra reminder for you that you are holding the same token across different pairs. This is to help you ensure that whenever you're selling, that you're selling into the desired pair.
