Is it veganism or nothing? Is a sustainable diet all soy, nuts and lentils? And is such a diet feasible in a Singaporean context? Join us for an informational dialogue on sustainable eating where our talented student speaker (Ophelia Ong) attempts to answer these questions and many more!

We are having an official AY21/22 Semester 1 Recycling Drive right here at PH! We are collaborating with Project SAs-TEE-nability, a project under the Seeds of Good programme, who will be collecting and donating unwanted clothes to the Salvation Army ♻️

🕛 Time: 7pm to 9pm
🚏 Venue: PH Main Foyer / B1 Outside Storeroom
Come on over to any of our booths (at the main foyer or at B1) on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday from 7pm to 9pm with your unwanted items and we will either recycle or donate them for you!

As Singapore transforms from a City in a Garden to a City in Nature, the community plays an important role in this journey. The Youth Stewards for Nature programme is one way students can be part of the solution for nature. By participating, you will also gain industry-relevant experience in the fields of landscape design, horticulture or biodiversity conservation, as well as hone your communication skills.
We hope you will take part in this meaningful initiative. Please see attached for details on the programme and how to sign up. Online registration is now open and will close on 31 Dec 2021, 1159pm, or when all slots for the individual project have been filled.

In the spirit of sustainability, the snacks will not be packed so please remember to bring your own container when you come down to collect.
We will also be conducting a clothing drive in collaboration with project susteenability alongside our snack giveaway. If you contribute to our clothing drive by donating your pre loved clothing, you will be eligible to collect more snacks! 🥳🥳🥳

Through Garden Walks, we hope to provide more opportunities for you to be immersed in nature, get some exercise, and escape from the screens we see every waking minute!🌿🌴🌿
Join us for our first walk at HortPark, a one-stop gardening resource hub that brings together gardening-related, recreational, educational, research and retail activities under one big canopy in a park setting.
