📝 Throughout our whole education, we have been going through a certain evaluation system, which is primarily based on the number of the correct answers - the greater number of correct answers the greater the grades. As students, we have acquired the mindset in which we strive to answer all of the exam questions correctly while aiming for the highest grade. Hence, it seems natural to use this mindset when searching for a job, as well.
