Hey All,
As you see, there hasnβt been much activity on this channel. I put it on hiatus to focus on other things.
I'm very excited, though, to announce a video podcast I have been working on for a few months, called Life Sciences Connect.
My Why is very simple: Curiosity π‘
I wanted to know better what people have to say about what they are experts on. Then, I thought, why would I keep this knowledge to myself? So, I decided to record our interviews, tapping into their expertise, and presenting those in short videos for everyone to have access and learn.
I really hope youβll learn as much as I did, let me know what you think!
For the first one, I am ecstatic to welcome Racha Wardeh, a Quality and Compliance expert, for her to discuss a topic that she really cares about, and that impacts us all: Change Management.
βYou cannot make changes on your own, you need peopleβ says Racha, as she talks through what helped her to better approach changes, including:
1οΈβ£ People on-board
2οΈβ£ Connected systems
3οΈβ£ Data you can trust
If you are curious to hear more, follow one of the links to the full podcast episode:

π The second podcast episode of the Voice of Life Sciences is now out!
You will notice something has changed: The name.
I felt like the old name was not reflecting enough the aim of the podcast:
Giving a platform to industry experts to share their perspectives, insights, and best practices. So collectively, we become The Voice of Life Sciences.
I hope you found value in watching/hearing the first episode with Racha Wardeh.
Today, Iβm excited to release a short, but intriguing episode on Variation Management with Ricard Andreu Saumell.
We talk about the three steps in managing variations in Regulatory Affairs, and the importance of teams being aligned. He also talks about the benefits of using modern technologies to get the job done.

π The third podcast episode of the Voice of Life Sciences is now out!
This week I had the opportunity to talk to Donika Doda, a Regulatory Affairs Specialist with expertise in xEVMPD (Extended Eudravigilance Medicinal Product Dictionary).
x E V M P D - Try to say that fast and correct out loud, itβs a great way to warm up before starting an important presentation! But itβs more than just a tongue twister, itβs an important building block to making the Industry more connected, streamlined, and ultimately efficient.
In this episode, we discuss strategies and complexities that companies face when trying to make appropriate data submissions to the European Medicines Agency.
