Maintaining positive attitude isnβt easy though. Life doesnβt always go the way we imagine. Sometimes we have problems that are out of our control.
However, there are 3 good reasons why we should maintain our positive attitude:

πΈ We donβt deserve staying in the negative state
πΈ Your state of mind is within your control and it is your own responsibility
We live in an environment where everything goes so fast that we often forget what is essential in our lives.
What can we do to keep our spirits up and maintain our positive energy?
πΈ Focus on what really is important
πΈ Learn to differentiate between problems (circumstances that can be solved) and dramas (life tragedies)
πΈ Practice gratefulness. Sometimes it is good to just stop and reflect on all the things that are going good in life
πΈ Develop kindness towards the others
