بالبدايه لازم تفرق بين الذوبانه
والانتشار(dispersion)الي هو يمشي عليه emulsion
الذوبانيه يعني يذوب كامل ميبقى منه شي
الانتشار يعني تضل جزيئات منتشره بالمحلول بدون متذوب بيه
خنفهمك سالفه...

اتخيل انو سلة جبيره بداخلها تفاحات قليله .... التفاحات تمثل ال internal phase الي جوه والدائرة الجبيره تمثل external phase ....
ف انتي خلي قانون بالك

اذا جان ال water هو الدائره الجبيره يعني external وال oil هو الدائرة الزغيره ف يصير القانون ك تالي

ف هو يكول جلد غير مكسور أو مجروح ف نستخدم الزيت لان اذا استخدمنا الماء اول ميتعرض لماي او يطيح ماي عليه حينزال ف الدهن لا ماينزال بالمي لان ميذوب بيه وكذلك انو طبقة الجلد الخارجيه بيها طبقة اسمها sebum هاي الطبقه تكون دهنيه ف يذوب بيها الدواء الدهني أكثر ...

ويكلك اخر شي اذا تريد انو مستحضر تكدر تزيله من الجلد ف بكل سهوله تستخدم O/w الي هو ابو الماي...
