الزيادة ب ال triglyceride يسبب fatty liver

_لماذا يقل ال total plasma protein في ال liver disease
الجواب لأن ال total plasma protein اكثره Albumin و ال Albumin يخلق بالliver


_لماذا ب ال burn افقد Albumin
لأن النفاذية مال الأوعية تكبر فنفقد الالبومين


_وجود الالبومين داخل الأوعية يحافظ على المواد داخل الأوعية ( الحفاظ على اتزان كميه السوائل) و يسمى بالضغط الاوسموسي ⭕مهم



_where are Globulin made?
_made in liver by immune system



gamma-globulin is formed in the germinal centers of lymphatic nodules and in the cytoplasm of mature and immature plasma cells



_Multiple myeloma ماذا يعني
يصعد ال antibody بال plasma cell



_لماذا يقل ال Globulin في المرضى الذين ياخذون chemotherapy
_لانه يسبب نقص WBC و بالتالي نقص ال Globulin

1_ we can see degenerative process within the skeletal muscle

2_ the main histological feature is reduction in myofiber diameter

3_ also we can see crowded nucleus and the myofibrils surrounded by spaces

ما يميز هاي حالة هو تجمع أنوية
الي تكون على شكل نقاط سوداء

في حالة طبيعي عدم وجود فراغات بين ألياف ولكن في هذه حاله مرضية نلاحظ وجود فراغات بين ألياف

2- We can see extensive caseous necrosis with granulomatous reaction, this reuction composed of epithelioid cells, gaint coll and Surrounding lymphocytes

can be divided in to main type

Type 1 Small cell lung Cancer

السرطان الرئوي للخلايا صغيرة الحجيم

*15% of cases

*more aggressive

type 2 non small cell hung

•It constitutes 85% of all lung
cancer cases

•non aggressive
اقل عدوانية

النوع الثاني الي هو non small cell lung cancer أيضاً يتقسم إلى ثلاث انواع

a- adenocarcinoma b-squamous carcinoma C-Large cell carcinoma

Small cell lung cancer
* We can see that the cell is Small rounded or oval in Shape with multiple mitotic figures with the lack of nucleus

النوع الثاني الي كلنه يتقسم إلى ثلاث انواع
راح نشرح على كل نوع شنو الي ميزة عن غيره
∆ Squamous cell carcinoma
We can see central cavity and
intravascular invasion with presence of keratinized cell or squamous cell

∆ Adenocarcinoma
*forming about 40%-45% of all lung cancer

*found in irregular gland structure filled with mucin
هو سرطاني يشكل تراكيب غدية

تشوف عبارة عن تراكيب غدية غير

منتظمه الشكل مملؤة بماده mucin والتي

هي ناتجة من تحلل بروتينات
∆ large cell carcinoma

* forming 15%_20%

* can invade the subsegmental
bronchi and large airways

*large cells with nucleus are highly chromatin
