Fasciola hepatica

Clonarchis sinensis

Paragonimus westermani

Schistosoma species

Fasciola hepatica (sheep liver fluke)



1_ اول شي لازم نعرفه عليها ان هي تصيب ال herbivores مثل (sheep and cattle)




2_الانسان ينصاب بيها عن طريق water cress بين قوسين metacercariae




3_ال snails يعتبر المضيف الوسطي وأيضاً طور الإصابة الخاصة ب snails هو cercaria



Infective stage :- immature metacercariae
Diagnose stage :- eggs in feces



الأمراض لتسبها هي
Hepatomegaly
Biliary obstruction
Halzoin

العلاج هو Triclabendazole

1_نفس دورة حياة ال Fasciola hepatica بس ما عدى تحتوي مضيفين الي همه ال fish and snail


2_ ال snails تنصاب بس تاكل ال eggs بالتالي تطلع ال miracidia بعدها تكون وتطلق ال cercaria ال cercaria راح تصيب الfish والfish راح يكون ال metacercariae


3_الانسان ينصاب بهاي الدودة بس ياكل السمك الي يحتوي على metacercariae

Diagnose stage :- eggs in feces



ال Clonarchis sinensis ما بيها أعراض
بس ممكن تسبب
Hepatomegaly
Biliary obstruction
Jaundice



العلاج Praziquantel

1_ البيوض الي تسبح بالماي تكون miracidia والي هاي بدورها تصيب ال snails وبعدها تتطور وتصير cercaria المحروسة هاي راح تصيب ال crabs and crayfish


2_ الإنسان ينصاب بس ياكل ال crabs and crayfish


3 _ مكان هاي الدودة هو بالرئة بالتالي البيوض راح تطلع بال sputum



Infective stage - _- metacercariae in crustacean
Diagnose stage - _- eggs in sputum



الأمراض والأعراض الي ممكن تسببها هي
Cough
Chest pain
Lung fibrosis

العلاج هو Praziquantel
