انتو كروبين  رحتوا لفحص ماده biotechnology drug واحد من الطلاب سأل  ابو لابكوت ابو المعمل  شلون اضمن هذه العلاج safe for human  شلون اتأكد هو امن؟
1_ You have to make sure it sterile

الجواب /
_Most proteins are administered parenterally and have to be sterile. 
❖ They cannot withstand autoclaving, gas sterilization, or sterilization 
by ionizing radiations  and   this is the  reason  .



🧅شنو فائده ال filter؟

لازم نختبر الوقت اللي يحتاجه العلاج حته يصيرله  degradation

وحته نتجنب حصول contamination  للعلاج.

🧅ليش بل دقيقه لازم قطره وحده ؟
ج/اكو انزيم بلكبد اسمه  aminotransferase (AST)
هذه الانزيم اذا انطيت العلاج سريع (بدل ما انطي قطره وحده بدقيقه  اطيه فد خمس قطرات)
هذه الانزيم راح يصعد ويضل المريض غايب عن الوعي

🧅تعريف ال Pyrogen؟ ومنين مشتقات مهمه ؟
         _are fever-inducing substances .
         _drived from microorganism (مهمه)

🌀طرق ازاله ال Pyrogen  من البروتين هم ٣:-
