تحددها الكيمياء الفراغية للرسبتر والعلاج وتكون مهمة حتى تحدد طبيعة وكفاءة لتفاعل العلاج والرسبتر

بعض الخصائص الهيكلية للجزيئة عدها صلادة هيكلية عالية high structural rigidity مثالها

مركب Neostigmine شكله مهم شنو صفاته ؟

ايزومر cis and trans مثاله مهم هو diethylstlibestrol يكون بtrans يكون estrogine افضل توزيع فراغي اله هو trans لان عنده تفاعلات رزينانس وتفاعلات فراغية وسطية تتداخل حتى تثبت حلقتين اروماتية وتربط ذرات الكربون للاثيلين بنفس المستوي
اما cis يكون فقط 7% active الرسم مهم سلايد ٣
In trans-diethylstilbestrol, resonance interactions and minimal steric interference tend to hold the two aromatic rings and connecting ethylene carbon atoms in the same plane

شنو هي geometric isomers ؟

اختلاف الخواص الفيزيائية والكيميائية والتوزيع للعلاج والتفاعل مع الرسبتر

Conformational isomers شنو تعريفه ؟

exist as different arrangements in space for the atoms or groups in a single classic structure.

تكون طاقة الحاجز energy barrior is high enough بين الايزومرات عالية بما يكفي لوجودها وتفاعلها المستقل

شنو سبب اختلاف فعالية المجموعة الوظيفية او تفاعل العلاج مع الرسبتر ؟

. Differences in reactivity of functional groups or interaction with biological receptors may be caused by differences in steric requirements of the receptors.


Butane يكون بشكلين مختلفين هما
Antibutane conformation يكون بشكل globule minimum
معناها عنده absolute lowest energy of the three low energy conformation
الشكل الثاني للبيوتان هو
and the other two correspond to the gauche butane conformations.

عنده خصائص فيزيائية مختلفة مثاله هو
Ephedrine and pseudoephedrine
الافدرين يكون عنده درجة انصهار melting point 79° ويذوب بالماء
بينما سيدوافدرين عنده melting point 118° ويكون ذوبانه قليل بالماء sparingly soluble in water

الرسبترات كذلك تكون غير متماثلة asymmetric لان تكون بروتينات تتكون من احماض امينية

الايزومر يختلف بيولوجيا

(-)-ephedrine shows three times more presser activity than (+) ephedrine, five times more presser activity than (+)-pseudoephedrine, and 36 times more presser activity than (-) pseudoephedrine.


الأمثلة (-) - يُظهر الايفيدرين نشاطًا للضغط أكبر بثلاث مرات من (+) الايفيدرين ، ونشاط ضغط أكبر بخمس مرات من (+) - السودوإيفيدرين ، ونشاط الضغط أكثر بـ 36 مرة من (-) السيدوافدرين
