تشارك كلية الصيدلة اليوم دول العالم الاحتفال باليوم العالمي للصيدلة الذي يصادف الخامس والعشرون من سبتمبر من كل عام، حيث يُحتفل به سنويًّا ابتداءً من عام 2009‏ملموافقته تاريخ تأسيس الاتحاد الدولي للصيدلة (FIP) في عام 1912م.

يأتي هذا الاحتفال هذه السنة تحت شعار “Transforming global health” وذلك لتوعية الجمهور بدورهم وتشجيع الأنشطة التي تعزز وتدافع عن دور الصيدلي في تحسين الرعاية الصحية. ويهدف اليوم العالمي للصيدلي إلى أهداف عدة من أبرزها التعاون مع الجهات كافة لتقديم خدمات استشارية ومعلومات ضرورية واستشارات سريعة للمختصين في مجالات الرعاية بوجه خاص والمواطنين بوجه عام، وتعزيز مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمريض، من خلال الاستخدام الآمن والفعال للمستحضرات العلاجية وإبراز الدور التكاملي للصيدلي كعضو فاعل في الفريق الطبي وتشجيع الصيادلة على عمل الأبحاث المتعلقة بتطوير الرعاية الصيدلي

The Faculty of Pharmacy today joins the world to celebrate World Pharmacy Day, which falls on September 25th each year, celebrated annually from 2009 for its approval of the founding of the International Pharmacy Federation (FIP) in 1912.

This year's celebration is under the theme "Transforming Global Health" to educate the public about their role and encourage activities that promote and defend the role of pharmacists in improving health care. World Pharmacist's Day aims to several objectives, most notably cooperation with all entities to provide advisory services, necessary information and quick consultations to specialists in the fields of care in particular and citizens in general, and to enhance the quality of health services provided to the patient, through the safe and effective use of therapeutic preparations, highlighting the complementary role of the pharmacist as an active member of the medical team and encouraging pharmacists to do research related to the development of pharmaceutical care.

• يستخدم في:
✅ حالات الدَّاء المِعَوي الالتهابيInflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
بنوعيه: (Crohn disease & Ulcerative colitis).
✅التهاب المَفاصِل الروماتويدي Rheumatoid Arthritis.
• الأشكال الصيدلانية:
▪️مضغوطات فموية Tablets
▪️مضغوطات فموية مغلفة معوياً Enteric-coated tablets
▪️معلق فموي Suspension
• يتم استخدام المضغوطات المغلفة معويّاً في حالة عدم تحمل الأمعاء والمعدة للمضغوطات.
• تكون معدة مرضى التهاب المَفاصِل الروماتويدي والأشخاص الذين تناولوا مضادات الالتهاب غير السترويدية (NSAIDs) لفترات طويلة أكثر حساسية؛ لذا ينصح باستخدام المضغوطات المغلفة معويّاً من Sulfasalazine لعلاجهم.
• يجب عدم مضغ أو كسر المضغوطات المغلفة معويّاً.

Pharmaceutical forms:

• Intestinal-coated compresses are used if the intestines and stomach are not tolerated for compresses.
• The stomach of rheumatoid arthritis patients and people who have taken NSAIDs for long periods is more sensitive, so it is recommended to use Sulfasalazine-coated compresses for treatment.
• You should not chew or break the compresses coated with a intestinal.
