Niantic has shared some updates to the Gigantamax system that you can see starting with Gigantamax Gengar:

• The difficulty will be lowered compared to previous Gigantamax Battles
• After defeating Gigantamax Gengar, Trainers will get 25k Stardust
• The catch rate for Gigantamax Gengar will be increased

Pokémon Spotlight Hours in November 2024

Before Wild Area: Global kicks off for Trainers worldwide, Trainers can encounter Electric- and Poison-type encounters during the Into the Wild event.

Toxel will be in 10 km Eggs, and trainers can purchase tickets to enhance their experience.

Simply Groundbreaking - Event Overview

A new ticket is now available on the Web Store, offering hourly Timed Research to earn 4 extra GO Safari Balls during Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global. These special Poké Balls significantly boost your chances of catching Pokémon. The ticket is priced at $2 USD.

A Pokémon Spotlight Hour is set for Tuesday, November 19, from 6 pm to 7 pm local time. During the hour, an increased number of Teddiursa and Combee will appear in the wild, and you’ll earn double Stardust from catching Pokémon.

The season ends with the Max Out: Finale, featuring Galarian Corsola’s debut in 7 km Eggs and Shiny Regidrago and Regielecki in 5-star raids.

Pokémon like Grookey, Scorbunny, Sobble, and Wooloo appear in the wild to close Galar’s season.
