We've received our marker number for the Pride Parade (June 9th, meeting by 12p - photo between 12p and 12:15p, step off at 12:30p). This year, we're marker #24, and will be gathering between Cherry Way and Smithfield Street on the Blvd of the Allies. Please refer to the map for nearby parking, as well as a rough idea of where we will be.

FURRIES TAKE PITTSBURGH PRIDE DETAILS
IMPORTANANT INFORMATION:
Date: Sunday, June 9th
Location: Blvd of the Allies - Marker 24, located between Cherry Way and Smithfield St on the southern side of the street
Time: Arrive by 12p, Photo between 12p and 12:15p, Step Off at 12:30p
Notes: Current weather forecast for Sunday is 79°F and Cloudy - Please keep an eye to the weather forecast, bring water, make sure you're hydrated, etc.

TO ALL ATTENDEES:
-Please wear sunscreen on all exposed skin before you glitter up. We don't want you to get sunburn.
-If you have pride flags, shirts, bandanas, etc., feel free to wear them! If you have extras, deck your friends out!
-If you're driving, park according to your post-parade energy levels. There are garages near First Avenue Station (close to the start of the parade) and Gateway Center Station (close to the end of the parade).

TO OUR FURSUITERS:
-Please make sure to dress according to the weather. The route is 60-75% sunlight. No one will judge you for poodling, and no one along the parade route will have their magic ruined. Promise.
-Please hydrate before you arrive. If you can bring water with you as well, it's advised. The parade includes a lot of starts and stops.
-If you have a fan - folding fan, personal electric fan, etc - bring it with you. It will help you stay cool.
-If it's an option, take a bandana, dunk it in water, and freeze it before the parade to bring with you.

TO OUR NON-SUITERS:
-Please dress comfortably.
-If you have a spare folding fan, please bring it with you to help cool down fursuiters during our stops.
-If you can bring water with you, it's appreciated.

FURRIES TAKE PITTSBURGH PRIDE MAP
Meeting spot is flagged with the Paw. Several parking garages are noted with leaves and arrows.

PLEASE NOTE: Our meeting spot will likely be under direct sunlight (pending cloud cover). Please plan accordingly.

Heads up for anyone going down to Pride - parking is likely to be jammed up down by Wood St Station due to Pride in the Street, which is on Seventh St. Take advantage of the free T service in downtown and to the North Shore

First Avenue Station will drop you off near the start of the parade route, Wood Street Station is near the end of the parade route (and Pride in the Street), and there are parking garages near pretty much every other T station

It's exactly one year since San bought that house now let's celebrate it by having a huge party! 21+ are welcome! Free food and drinks, bar games, bonfire and our very own DJ Workaholic! There will be a hookah and movies, lots of crash space!
