Hi everyone! The Chinese startup DeepSeek has released V3.1: a huge update to its AI lineup.
The model now uses reasoning and handles complex tasks, coding, math, and science questions much better than the base version.
Tests show the new model is on par with Claude Sonnet 4. In some cases, it even outperforms GPT-5 mini.
You can already use DeepSeek V3.1 completely free in our bot, in both normal and thinking modes.
How to Use?🔴 Go to @GPT4Telegrambot✅ Select DeepSeek-V3.1 (basic mode) or V3.1 Thinking (reasoning mode) in the /model section or with the Choose model button.

A Harvard team has unveiled a soft, vest-like "wearable robot" that assists stroke and ALS patients with shoulder motion.
Inflatable balloons tucked under the armpit rhythmically expand and contract to guide the arm, while machine-learning and physics models interpret the wearer's intended movement and tailor the support. In early trials, the system correctly predicted shoulder motions 94.2% of the time and reduced the muscle effort required to lower the arm by 31.9% versus an earlier prototype.

HBO Max subscribers with an Apple Vision Pro can now step inside the Hogwarts Great Hall. The virtual room shifts from daylight while you browse to a night-time scene once you start watching.
Available only in regions where HBO Max streams, the setting isn't tied to the upcoming Harry Potter series—it's simply a new place to relax and view any title on the service.
Does this now justify the $3,499 price?

YouTube has admitted it applied AI "enhancements" to some uploads without alerting creators, after users spotted subtle but obvious edits to color, clarity, and skin tone. Music YouTuber Rick Beato, who has five million subscribers, was among the first to notice: "My hair looked strange, almost like I was wearing makeup," he told the BBC, wondering if he was imagining things—but he wasn't.
The revelation has triggered a backlash from creators, who say any alteration without consent erodes trust, even if YouTube calls the changes harmless "improvements."

Genetic studies show Africa hosts four separate giraffe species—northern, reticulated, Masai, and southern—rather than one. The IUCN has updated its listings to reflect this. The revision matters: only about 7,000 northern giraffes remain, making them critically endangered, while southern, Masai, and reticulated populations stand at roughly 69,000, 44,000, and 21,000.
Scientists say treating each as a separate species is vital for crafting targeted conservation plans.

🧬 Scientists Solve Key Mystery of How Life Began on Earth
Scientists at University College London have demonstrated how peptides could have spontaneously formed on early Earth four billion years ago through the marriage of RNA molecules and sulfur compounds, potentially solving one of biology's most enduring mysteries about the origin of life.
The breakthrough research, published Wednesday in Nature by Professor Matthew Powner's team, shows for the first time how amino acids can naturally attach to RNA under conditions that likely existed on primordial Earth. This achievement bridges decades of scientific work attempting to understand how life's two fundamental components first came together.

White dwarfs, once seen as stellar graveyards, may keep planets in a habitable zone far longer than expected thanks to neon‑22 that slows their cooling, new University of Oklahoma research suggests.
Manuel Barrientos and colleagues estimate that about 0.6%–2.5% of nearby white dwarfs have at least 2.5% neon‑22 by mass, triggering distillation that releases heat like a lava lamp and can extend habitability up to 10 billion years.

China's major social platforms began applying AI labels on September 1, 2025, as sweeping new rules took effect across apps from WeChat to Douyin. The mandate covers all platforms operating in China and requires visible tags on posts with AI text, images, audio, or video.
Issued in March by the CAC with three other ministries, the regulation requires both explicit on-screen markers and hidden metadata for all AI-generated and synthetic content.

A Washington judge ruled Tuesday that Google won't have to sell its Chrome browser, giving Big Tech a rare win against U.S. antitrust officials, but ordered the company to share search data with competitors to boost online competition.
Alphabet shares jumped 7.2% in after-hours trading as investors welcomed the ruling, which also lets Google continue making profitable payments to Apple that regulators claimed blocked search rivals. Apple shares rose 3%.

Instagram chief Adam Mosseri had long said an iPad app wasn't a priority and that resources were limited, which delayed the project for years. With today's release, iPad users can finally browse and watch Reels on a larger display.
