BMW will equip new China models with AI from startup DeepSeek later this year, CEO Oliver Zipse said at the Shanghai Auto Show.

DeepSeek's system will run an intelligent voice assistant, predictive infotainment, and other "smart cockpit" features tailored to Chinese drivers.
