Sort services by rate — across all categories

If you organize services by rate for your users, frequent price changes can mean lots of re-sorting. And doing it one category at a time took time and effort.

That’s why we added a new mass action: you can now sort selected services across multiple categories in one go — low to high or high to low.

Each category is sorted based on what you select. Categories with missing selections won’t be sorted.

Get the full picture on your providers

The new Providers report shows where your money’s going — and what you’re getting in return.

In Chart view, you’ll see how much you’ve spent on each provider, the number of orders per provider, and the total profit they’ve generated.

In Table view, you’ll see daily spending, monthly totals, and a handy filter to focus on specific providers.

It’s a powerful way to track provider spending, check that your deposits match order costs, compare performance, and optimize where your budget goes.

Find it on the Reports page of your admin panel.

Pull orders method in Admin API v2 📦

The Pull orders method is now available in Admin API v2 as an improved version of the getOrders method from the first version of Admin API. It lets you pull orders for manual services across one, several, or all services and update their status to 'Processing' in a single call.

If you’re still using methods from the first version of Admin API, we recommend switching to Admin API v2 for extended order capabilities.

To start using these feature, make sure your Admin API key has the required access in Panels > ( … ) > Admin API v2 settings.

Important news about Admin API

By the end of September, the first version of Admin API will no longer be available.

Over the past months, we’ve been moving all its methods to Admin API v2. Once the migration is complete, you’ll have a single, unified, and upgraded version to work with.

If you’re still using the first version, now’s the perfect time to start switching to v2 and get used to working only with Admin API v2.

Multilanguage support for ticket
forms 🌍


You can now add translations for ticket fields in the form settings — including category, subcategory, and additional fields.

When translations are added, your users will see these fields in their selected language, while you and your staff will always see them in the panel’s default language.

Let users find what they need faster

Make it easier for users to find the services they need — instead of scrolling through a long list, they can now filter by platform right on the ‘New Order’ and ‘Services’ pages.

To set it up, go to the Visual Editor and open the New Order or Services page. Hover over the Card element →  Settings → turn on Show platforms filter.

You can manage the filter by choosing which platforms to display — and decide whether to use original platform icon colors or your panel’s default style.

New payment details view

We’ve added a new detail view for each payment in the admin area, showing key information to support your daily tasks.

It displays balance before and after the payment, currency conversion rate, structured logs, and key user details with quick links.

Admin API v2 update

We’ve added 5 new methods to Admin API v2 to help you efficiently manage manual orders, refill and cancel tasks:

Order processing
Update orders – Update status, start count, remains, and cancel reason for one or more orders in a single request.

Cancel & Refill tasks
Pull cancel – Retrieve manual cancel tasks in bulk.
Reject cancel – Reject one or more cancel requests at once.
Pull refill tasks – Retrieve manual refill tasks in bulk.
Change refill status – Update the status of multiple refill tasks in a single call.

To start using these methods, make sure your Admin API key has the required access in Panels > (…) > Admin API v2 settings.

Important: If you're now using the Admin API v1 methods, switch to Admin API v2 to avoid disruptions. The first version of Admin API will be deprecated on October 1.

Admin API v2 now lets you update multiple orders or tasks in a single request, reducing the number of API calls, provides stronger security with multi-key access, and lets you control permissions for each method individually.

New theme in the Visual editor

A new theme, Collage, is now available in the Visual editor. It presents a retro collage style with gradients and comes in four ready-to-use color schemes.

Along with adding this theme, we’ve completed a set of improvements that will allow us to deliver more themes to you in the future.

Editing themes before activation

You can now customize new panel designs without affecting your live theme.

Click Edit theme on any theme card to adjust it in the Visual Editor and activate it later, when the design is ready.

This update is the first step toward seamless cross-editor design. In the future, we want to make it possible for you to edit a Visual theme while a code theme is active — and vice versa.

Advanced access settings for Admin API v2 🔑

With the new Admin API v2 settings, you can now control which data is returned by the Get order list and Get user list methods — hiding specific fields and protecting sensitive panel information.

For example, you can restrict access to users’ contact details, balances, and order-related provider data.

This update improves data security and ensures that external integrations or developers only access the information they truly need.

New permissions are available under Panels › (…) › Admin API v2 settings.

We strongly recommend not sharing your Admin API keys with unfamiliar software or external developers. Doing so can expose sensitive panel data that might be stolen or misused.

If there’s no alternative, grant access only when absolutely necessary — and make sure to carefully configure the key permissions to limit access strictly to the required data.

Payment invoices for users

We’ve added a new Invoices module that lets users generate and download PDF invoices for their payments without admin involvement. You can set company information, and users can optionally add their own details in their profile.

The module also lets you configure invoice settings — you can include taxes, translate invoice text, and define which payment methods support invoice downloading.

If you use a custom code theme, please make sure to update your addfunds.twig и account.twig files.

Bulk edit service names and descriptions

You and your staff can now edit up to 1,000 services at once on a single page using the new mass service editor.

Edit names and descriptions, including translations — manually or using Update from provider for selected languages. You can also use Find and replace to quickly adjust text across multiple services at once.

To get started, select the services on the Services page and choose mass Actions > Edit names and descriptions.

You can assign a separate access for staff who only need to edit service names and descriptions, without giving access to other service settings.

Profits for manual services

We keep adding more and more reports to help you manage your business efficiently — now you can track not only overall profit, but also profits by users, services, providers, and more.

From now on, those who sell their own (manual) services can set how much each service or subscription costs them directly in the service settings.

This data will be automatically used in Orders and Reports — helping you see more accurate reports, understand your real profit, and make better business decisions.

Service delivery report

We’ve added a new Service Delivery Report to help you track how your services are performing.

It allows you to identify problematic services with many Fail or Error orders, spot slow or stuck services with lots of Pending or In-progress orders, and see services with a high percentage of canceled or partially completed orders.

With this report, you can take action right away: fix the issue if possible, temporarily disable the service to avoid accumulating problematic orders, or replace the service with a different one.

You can access it on the Reports page of your admin area.

Switching to hCaptcha

We’ve switched panels from reCaptcha to hCaptcha — a more modern and user-friendly solution.

This means your users will face fewer issues when registering or logging in. In most cases, the captcha won’t appear at all, and if it does due to suspicious activity, it will usually be just a simple checkbox that real users pass without solving any challenges.

hCaptcha also works more reliably in regions where reCaptcha was slow or blocked. We’re using the paid version of hCaptcha to ensure the best performance, and this is fully covered by us — it’s included in your panel at no extra cost.

We’ll continue reducing how often captchas appear and will introduce alternative verification methods in the future to keep the experience smooth for your clients.

Hidden services

You can now offer private services to selected users, while hiding them from everyone else.

This helps you manage special offers, internal testing services, or custom options for VIP clients without showing them publicly.

To do it, select one or more services, click Actions > Hide service or Hide all. Then choose which users can access hidden services in the user settings.
