Most of the time, we think we’re lazy…
but in reality, we’re working every single day, every single hour.

The problem is:
we try to go from 0% to 100% overnight.
So we end up juggling too many ambitions at once.

But maybe life was never meant to be rushed.

1% each day is enough.
Slow progress is still progress.
Calm consistency beats chaotic motivation.
