This is how I found PEACE

Yesterday (16 May), I was in a garden in my village.
There I saw a flower, a beautiful one.
Clicked some pictures and then plucked that flower.

At the same time, an old man who was sitting there asked me "Kyu re golu, fool kyu toda tune." And I was like "Mujhe pasand aya to tod lia."
Afterwards he said something that's been bothering me since then. He said "Agar fool Pasand hota, to isko todta nahi tu."


Now that I gave some thoughts to what that particular old man said, I realised I never loved flowers.
What i loved was the happiness they gave me, the way i feel good by watching them and keeping them in my pocket even though it kills the flower.
If i had selflessly loved the flower, i wouldn't have plucked it, let it live and die when the time comes.


Here comes the good and weird part, I loved the flower because of the things it provides me.
So I actually love myself, not the flower. I'm the selfish one here.

Similarly, when we say we love someone, what we actually want in that particular situation are the things that particular person provides us with whether its love or comfort or attention affection or anything else.
That person is just a way, for us to love ourself.
The day we stop getting those things, our love will start to slowly fade away.

So the thing every1 calls selfless i.e LOVE is actually to most selfish one (as much as i've noticed or experienced)

All this is quite bothersome, fuks my mind and makes me question everything.
But at the same time, it feels nice learning something new everyday and constantly getting better.
