U.S District Judge Stephanie Gallagher (Maryland) is a TRUMP APPOINTED judge who ruled this week that a Venezuelan illegal alien, who arrived under the Biden admin but was recently deported by the Trump admin to El Salvador, must be given an attempt at coming back to the US under the Trump admin. She is married to the current Chief Legal Officer of Robinhood Markets, Dan Gallagher.
Additionally, 2 days ago, Judge Gallagher also blocked the U.S. Department of Education’s attempt to end DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) practices in schools by threatening to withhold federal funding from schools that refuse to comply with the Trump admin’s ban on DEI.
In November 2024, Dan Gallagher rejected the position of SEC Chair under the new Trump admin. In a statement, he told @politico that he is “excited to work with the incoming Trump Administration, including the next SEC Chairman and the SEC staff, to promote innovation and provide more opportunity for retail investors.”
Now that we know his wife Stephanie is pro-illegal alien, pro-DEI, and is working against the Trump administration’s efforts to deport illegals aliens, everyone should contact @RobinhoodApp and express their opinions, and Dan should not be allowed anywhere near the new SEC chair.
If he is going to be married to a woman who is supporting the endangerment of our country by advocating for illegal aliens and DEI in public schools, then he should not be allowed to reap the benefits of having access to the Trump administration.
