Thats a very good case study for work culture, mental health at workplace, emotional intelligence and leadership. It also reflect the interplay of public relations with private life.
We can also learn how systemic issues like financial literacy, family issues etc are addressed. How by appointing family liason officer, institutional mechanisms are developed to solve the issue. These learnings you can apply while solving the case studies in Ethics paper.

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak outβbecause I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak outβbecause I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak outβbecause I was not a Jew.
Then they came for meβand there was no one left to speak for me.βMartin NiemΓΆller
Dear students, this poem can be used in essays that revolve around the theme of inaction by the good people or lack of courage or lack of solidarity/compassion.

My father got retired on 31st July recently- it was an emotional moment for all of us. His journey from loosing his father and grand father amidst dire circumstances within 12 days at a young age to where he has steered the ship now has been truly inspiring for me personally.
Abhi maine unhe kaha retirement par, Pitaji aapko i phone gift kar doon maine ek. He said, I phone Chhod, tu bata tujhe kya chahie!
His evergiving nature and sacrifices have perhaps allowed me and my sister to afford the "luxury of fulfilling wishes" despite modest means. Hamen abhav mahsoos nahi hone die hamare large hearted Pitaji ne. I don't know if I would be ever to repay any tiny fraction of it.
Abhi jab mera recently accident hua April me, I remember saying this to my self, maine apne parents ke lie abhi tak kuch bhi nahi kia. Jo kia, parents ne hi kia. That would have been the biggest regret on my chest had I died that day!
I am grateful Pitaji for your unconditional love, numerous sacrifices, supporting me through my ebbs and for being the guiding light when all i could see was gloom around me. I love you Pitaji. Wish to make you proud one day!

The story of turnaround of Panna Tiger Reserve
In 2009 it was found that Panna didn't have even a single tiger left. It was majorly due to poaching and also because of hunting by nearby Pardhi tribes which were known to consider hunting as a parameter of valour and prowess
IFS officer R Sreenivasa Murthy knew that efforts towards repopulating the tiger reserve would not yield result without local support. So, series of steps were taken
πMurthy appealed for locals to take ownership of the revival process, and vouch to refrain from hurting any wildlife.
πThe non-profit organisation, Last Wilderness Foundation (LWF), was roped in to relocate the Pardhi tribes and make them surrender hunting
Pardhis were relocated to the nearby village of Gandhigram. They were trained to become forest guides, escorting tourists on nature trails in Panna.
πThe team also harnessed Pardhisβ in-depth knowledge about the forest and wildlife to promote tourism, as they started using their traditional skills to design traditional household items, decor weapons, seed carvings etc..
πThe NGO also started boarding schools for young Pardhi girls and boys, to integrate them into mainstream careers in future.
πThe Pardhis were also trained about how and where to mitigate human-tiger conflict, what steps they can take for protection without harming the tiger etc
π₯Today "The Panna Tiger Reserve has more than 80 tigers with motto 'Jan Samarthan se Bagh Sanrakshan' (tiger conservation with peoples support)
This anecdote can be used in topics around people participation, networking with NGOs, wildlife conservation, leadership, emotional intelligence among others.

Dosto, many of you are laughing on this. Please don't. The least you can do is to sympathise with your comrades.
Ab aap soch rahe honge ki mera Aptitude Acha hai, dusron ka kharab hai, isi lie unse CSAT nahi hua.. Its a competitive examination. Sabke lie equally tough hai..
Ho sakta hai aapka Aptitude Acha ho but koi paper solve nahi kar paya doesn't mean uska Aptitude kharab hai.. It may be use sahi se padhaya hi nahi gaya ho, guidance hi nahi mili ho, specially if they come from not so privileged section (yes, having quality education is a privilege)
I am saying this as i can relate to their plight and agony. I remember, till 8th class, I used to fear Mathematics. So much so that I used to mug all the solutions to the math questions and naturally I fared miserably if asked otherwise.
But my attitude changed once I came across Rajesh sir in my 9th class at local govt school. His way of teaching was so lucid and conceptual that I started liking the subject. Many of my misconceptions got cleared because of his unique pedagogy and passionate teaching. I did well in my 10th board and took math science in my higher secondary. It was due to his efforts that I started liking the subject and eventually made it to IIT Kharagpur.
Dosto, while I am grateful to him, i also believe that not many are equally fortunate to find mentors like him. So agar questions solve nahi ho rahe hain CSAT ke to ho sakta hai un students ko Rajesh sir na mile hon abhi tak-which is very sad and unfortunate.
And since the number of such students is large, I don't take the argument ki naturally hi Aptitude kamzor hai. Itne sare students kewal "naturally" hi kamzor nahi ho sakte. It is our education system, parenting, support jo kamjor hai.
I hope you find this message in true spirit of kindness and realise that many of your brothers and sisters deserve your support and empathy and not the mockery.
