Updating Tokenomics & 10000$ Contest

Last week we had a very heated 🔥discussion with some of our supporters since Remme ICO. They expressed a couple of concerns according to the future of the $NUX use cases. We agreed to talk things through with all the members of the Peanut community. It is the topic about the $NUX tokenomics and its upcoming changes.

Upcoming Tokenomics and $NUX utility updates 💪

As you all know DeFi space keeps on moving and everything changes within a few weeks or even days. 3 months have passed since the publication of the tokenomics and the DeFi space has advanced in optimizing transactions which as you all may have noticed led to a significant decrease in commissions on the Ethereum network.

During the token sale, we’ve presented the $NUX utility concept, which can be found here: https://telegra.ph/Peanut-Tokenomics-02-03. We have never stood aside from the trends and for today we have a fully working and improved hedging mechanism without involving any additional liquidity. In this regard, there is no need for a $NUX token during hedging in old vision, the process becomes cheaper and the mechanics of using the token originally laid down in the documents are automatically lost.
But we are considering adding discount model, where $NUX will reduce commission for LP's.

Peanut team vision 👁

With all this, there remains a system of 10% buyback of $NUX tokens from Peanut revenue.

Our vision here is the most effective tokenomics will be using buyback as step 1, and yield (liquidity mining) for staked $NUX tokens in the form $NUXs from buyback as step 2.
Such a model should bring benefits from both:
1️⃣ Buyback (no actions required from holders, even passive holders get benefits from it)
2️⃣ Liquidity mining (most active part of the community will stake tokens, less tokens on exchanges) and will be good from the legal side as well.

Main Peanut products

All our algorithms work together. With all our products we’ll create an ecosystem for financial services based on the DeFi market. Let’s have a brief description of our main products below:

🥜 Hedge platform for high liquidity pools — providing liquidity on DEX you might be hit with an impermanent loss if one of your liquidity assets goes up or down. There is a tool to hedge that risk. If you think the token goes down you can bet on it going down. Hedge platform works with stablecoins’ pools much better so we will integrate that with Curve later after launch.

🥜 Fair Launch — protects projects from external sniper bots. It scalps on private transactions and puts the liquidity taking a big amount of tokens in the first transaction right after that. The selling process goes very slowly. It helps to support the token chart and the price of the token. In a classic sniper bot it’s buying the big amount of tokens after the liquidity adding and sells after that in the next transaction all the amount. It means that you’ll have a huge spike and a huge dump. It was impossible to use FL absolutely automated and with a concrete token economy in the first versions. But now we have an idea how to make it almost fully automated with the use of private transactions. We can see all the liquidity addings in the world and some of them could be intercepted into automated mode.
Private transactions — Transactions with 0 Gwei which go directly into blockchain passing the Mempool. With the help of Private transactions tools we’re avoiding any kind of MEV. We’re using this kind of transactions for our service Peanut Fair Launch during listing projects on Uniswap. We made the first project 2 months ago and now our portfolio is around 20 projects. Revenue per one launch varies from $100k to $1m.

🥜 Zero-fee token swap — We’re testing now the transactions that can be paid in tokens or to be even free. You’ll be able to transfer your erc20 tokens even without any ether on it and to pay a fee with your erc20 tokens. If your transaction creates slippage you’ll get it for free cause our protocol will earn the profit from the slippage and cover your fee.

🥜 Automated liquidity price range balancer for Uni v3 — Concentrated Liquidity is one of the revolutionary features of Uniswap v3, released on May 5, 2021.
Concentrated Liquidity allows to put capital within custom price ranges, providing greater amounts of liquidity at desired prices. In doing so, LPs construct individualized price curves that reflect their own preferences.
However, if market prices move outside an LP’s specified price range, their liquidity is effectively removed from the pool and is no longer earning fees - that’s where Peanut comes in!
Automated price range balancer from Peanut ensures your liquidity always follows the real-time price.
No need to manually update price ranges - with Peanut all liquidity adjustments are made automatically. Our algorithm will monitor market conditions and make all the changes while you enjoy your cup of coffee.
With automated liquidity price range strategies LPs can maximise profits and always earn highest swap fees. According to internal Peanut research the increase of capital efficiency with automated price range balancer might be as much as up to 7x higher.
Besides increased profits automation also reduces risks of impermanent loss and protects the original proportion of pooled assets.

#Nuxonomics 1st Update

We are pleased to announce the basic vision of $NUX tokenomics. First of all, we would like to express gratitude to everyone who took part in #Nuxonomics contest. Many of you are on the same wavelength with us and offer options that can serve as the formation of a new $NUX utility in Peanut products. We have the greatest interest in @tmctg vision! We would like to learn it deeper and with confidence to congratulate the first winner of the prize of $ 5,000 in the $NUX equivalent. @tmctg great work!
@CyberStrategy1 option is also still at the stage of familiarization and deeper analysis due to the massiveness of the content. We’ll allocate the remaining $5,000 after the finalization of all the proposed decisions.

So, let’s turn to the key moments of the future tokenomic.

$NUX Token in Peanut Products

Yes, we are going to use $NUX in all products where it’s possible. At the moment one of the option is about providing discounts for a certain amount of staked $NUX.

Want To Use Our Algorithms - Store $NUX

This option will be introduced in future updates after the product release. Initially, discounts for staking a certain number of $NUX tokens are expected.

Reduce $NUX Lock Period

Reducing the token lock period and an increase in the number of unlocked tokens will result in even greater coin volatility. The period of $NUX unlocks remains the same. You can read more details here.

Governance Token

$NUX will be used as a Governance Token. The implementation of DAO is fully scheduled after the release of the products. We selected the following profit distribution system:
5% - DAO, 10% - Buyback, 30% - Developers' team salaries and bonuses, 20% - Bear market treasury, 35% - Other costs and expenses, including Marketing, Biz Dev, Listings and Other Activities.

At the moment we have a monthly buyback and store all these $NUX tokens on one address. All previous and future buyback tokens will be used in the Peanut staking program as a reward. Buyback tokens will go to the yield treasure and will be divided among those who staked their tokens. More stake = more reward. For example, if this month we distribute 200k $NUX and there are only two 100 $NUX stakers it means that each of them will get 100k $NUX. Staking is possible only with unlocked $NUX. More information will be available in the future updates.

Lottery Time

Our team mate has been interested in this idea for so long that we decided not to exclude such an opportunity. But its realization will be possible only after developing DAO and Staking programs.

⚙️ PRODUCTS AND TECHNOLOGY

🎯 Products priority
At the moment, we have a priority goal and complete all our products from the pipeline. We’ll add the utility to the products once we will finish building products. To speed up the product development we took the following actions:
- Outsourcing of small developments
- 3 external teams are engaged in the development of the separate products
- Hired an external team of financiers
- Hired an external DevOps team
- Hired an external UI development team
In total we have 8 external partner teams who are engaged almost in all our products. A few months ago there were only two external teams.

🎯Buyback 20%
Starting from this month the buyback will be increased to 20% of the company's total revenue. We plan to start Buyback linearly from this week. 25% of Buybacked tokens will be directed into the DAO pool.

🎯Auth App
This week our team has completed the development of the Auth application for the Android platform. Apk file you can download here.

🎯NUX Utility on the first layer
As we said earlier, where it’s possible we will use a discount system in exchange for a staked NUX tokens. Products that use an automatic contract systems will initially include an additional 20% NUX buyback. At the moment we cannot determine the ratio of the number of staked NUX to the size of the discount. The maximum discount can be up to 90% on the Swapy’s principle.

🎯REM to NUX swap
We have already collected more than 90% of ERC20 addresses from REMChain. The preliminary, swap will begin in the first week of June. More details will be provided in a separate announcement.

🎯Hedge platform for high liquidity pools
Over the past few weeks, the market has given us the opportunity to test our algorithms not only in a bull market, but also in a falling one. The results of the work are very inspiring. Our theory of the independence of our products from the market sentiment has been proven in a practice. And this gives us optimism for at least the next 12 months. Also, We plan to launch an updated calculator next week and test it publicly.

We are actively preparing for writing a smart contract. Reached a consensus on the architecture of the product. UI for MVP is also in development.

🎯Liquidity Yield
All buyback tokens will be sent to the smart contract and distributed as a reward among users who have staked unlocked NUX tokens. The planned launch date is June. This utility will replace reward Program 1.

🎯New Products
We continue to generate new ideas for existing products and possibly new ones. We do not plan to release any new products until the main product list and NUX tokenomics are ready.

⚙️ MARKETING

1) СEX/DEX product has $1.2m reserved
2) Flashbot Competitor has $400 reserved
3) Fair Launch has $1.2m reserved
Part of our finance is not in crypto and we fixed most of it right after the token sale and continue to fix a certain part of the revenue. Thanks to our policy and the risk management, the flash crash this Wednesday practically did not affect the financial part of our company, except for the reserved funds in ETH. All our earnings are either in stable coins or fiat.

🎯Another marketing activities
We are going to several conferences next week in Dubai, then Miami and one more city where we have very important partner to make contacts and discuss listings and attracting clients for our products. On May 27 Alex will have a panel discussion with Coindesk on Consensus 2021. We’re also in touch with a couple of big youtubers and influencers.
