[New Feature] You can now rename PDF files with the bot

The bot has been reworked with some new features and some bug fixes.

New Features
- You can now crop a PDF file. Simply select the crop option after sending a PDF file to PDF Bot.
- You can now convert a webpage into a PDF file. Simply send a link to PDF Bot and it will create a PDF file for you.

Improvements
- PDF Bot will now retain your PDF file names and add a prefix to it.

Enjoy the bot and feel free to give any feedback via the /feedback command.

New Features
You can now select from either receive photos or a zipped file when converting a PDF file into photos or extracting photos from a PDF file

Telegram Bot Support just confirmed that I can use the username @pdfbot for PDF Bot. Please use this username from now on instead of @pdf2bot.

PDF Bot updates will still be pushed in this channel.

- You can either press the 'Set language' button in the help message, or use the /setlang command to change and set your language

- 3 new languages are added: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Cantonese
