I don't want to hear about lock up; you can easily if you have 10m+ to sell find someone willing to find a price agreement on selling your shares on IPO for a fee
You give me X shares worth 100 I give you 90cts on the $ on day one or whatever the rate is
The more IPO trade like they do the more this service becomes valuable and the lower the fees because of competition so the more attractive it becomes
Who lose? The people with 100k$ worth of share who can't access it + the passive buyers
