The US federal government is using this aircraft to fly young men from Haiti into small towns all over America. This Dornier 328 has a 1,000 mile range and only needs about 4,800 feet of runway to land. Small town airports such as Sylacauga Al are not open 24 hours a day. Sylacauga Al airport for example is only staffed from 8AM to 4PM. These flights arrive after airport hours. unload about 25 Haitians and a bus drives them from the airport to town. Then they are your problem.
