So, the Jan 6th "pipe bomber" waived to a Capitol Police SUV enroute to planting the bomb, was followed by a pan/tilt/zoom camera (which was actively monitored), then talked to the driver of a parked vehicle before leaving the area and no one in law enforcement can figure out who this person is? 🤔
