Eugene E. Williams is an author, publisher, screenwriter, and visionary. He founded Payroll Publishing in 2006 and grew it from a self-built independent publishing brand into a modern creative tech company. Over two decades, he has written multiple books, operated retail locations in malls across multiple states, earned a bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University and an M.F.A. in Screenwriting from the New York Film Academy.
