PIRATES AND TODAY'S WORLD

Pirate documentary on the History Channel said some interesting things:

1 one of the things that made the Roman Empire successful was that it offered nations who joined it international law and order including protection against pirates.  same thing UNITED STATES CORPORATION purports to offer.

2 the political system pirates adhered to was democracy.  they voted on everything from who led them to what ships and towns to raid.

3 pirates had their own Code (law) to which they adhered.  in order to be accepted into a pirate crew and onto a pirate ship, they had to VOLUNTARILY sign a contract agreeing to abide by and be held accountable to the Code.

4 the pirate flag or 'logo' was the 'Skull & Bones'.  Skull & Bones is the logo of the Yale secret society to which so many u.s. presidents and other elites belong to.

5 maritime law, which is military law for and on the high seas, was the law of the pirates and the law they were held to by nations who captured and tried them.

oes this all sound very familiar?  Are you connecting the dots?
