After a nerve block, antiseptic soak, and a diamond-tipped GEM II cutter, two hidden rings were safely removed. He left with a clean wound, antibiotics, and a follow-up he never showed up for. (The last photo shows his finger after the rings were successfully removed)
📚Lesson: Don’t ignore finger entrapment. Rings can turn into surgical emergencies.
