يعني تسلل الخلايا وحيدة النواة اللي هي ((macrophages, lymphocytes, plasma cells ))
2)Tissue destruction :-
وتلف الأنسجة هذا ناتج عن حاجتين:-
a)Persistent injury :-
b)Attempts at healing :-
👈محاولة الشفاء عن طريق استبدال الtissue اللي حصل لهاdamage نستبدلها بالfibrosis
والAngiogensis
و الاثنين يعتبروا من مكونات الhealing and repair.
وبكذا نكون خلصنا أسباب الchronic inflammation و الmorphologic features والان نشوف نوع من انواعه:
