⁃ is necrosis of the heart muscle that occurs when blood flow to the heart muscle is abruptly cut off( ischemia) causing tissue damage , also known as a heart attack .

• males ( from 45-54 years )


#Clinical_features
• Cheats pain
• Increase heart rate
• shortness of breath
• And other

• necrosis appears yellow tan
• Hyperemia that surround necrosis
• Hemorrhage
• Scar


#Microscopic_description
• wavy fibers & necrotic cell
separated by edema fluid ( in 1
day )
• Neutrophilic ( in a 2-3 day )
• Macrophages removal of necrotic
( in a 7-10 days )
• Granulation tissue ( after 11 days)
• Healed

بسبب انه به إنزيمات تفرز بعد موت الخليه فتمنع انه ذي المنطقة تصبغ فتظهر باللون الأبيض
