بس الشخص يكون مصاب HSV1 من قبل ( التي انتقل عن طريق direct contact with a herpes sore ) بس كامن في ganglia فلما يحصل stress تظهر علامات الفيروس هذا
- في الأشخاص يلي عندهم HIV يظهر HSV ويختفي في فترات متفاوتة وربما تروح للمرئي والدماغ وتكون خطره جدا في هذه الحاله لانها تسبب الوفاة

- بس في الأشخاص يلي مناعتهم كويسه تكون self limited بس ترجع لما يكون في stress مثل دور البرد ونسميها
