و نکاتی که برای سفارت مهم می باشد
In research plan letter, they need following information for visa interview to approve visa:

1) explains goals of your research and any practical applications;
2) identifies the lab or center in which research will take place;
3) states sources and amounts of any U.S. government money (or funding from U.S. corporations assisting the U.S. government) to be used to support that research; and
4) describes any export-controlled technology and/or information that will be shared with you.
The letter should be printed on the university’s letterhead and it should be originally signed by your academic advisor. Your academic advisor can scan and email the letter to you.

ببینید دوستان این نظر شخصی بنده هستش و در قالب یک توصیه برای کسانیکه مقالات چاپ شده حساس دارند, ارایه شده.

توصیه ۱: در تعیین سفارت و وقت گرفتن دقت بخرج بدید. از دوستان باتجربه مشابه کمک بگیرید. نگران هم نباشید چون اگر آفیسر راجع به مقاله حساس شما بپرسه و شما خدایی ناکرده با استرس و اضطراب جوابش رو بدید خب این شما بودی که ریجکت کردی خودتو. درسته؟ پس باید به نحو احسنت و شمرده شمرده و با توضیحات قانع کننده پاسخش رو بدید.

توصیه ۲: شما رزومه رو سعی کنید تغییر ندهید!!! حذف مقاله با آپدیت رزومه فرق میکنه!!!
... هر چند که براحتی این کار رو دانشگاه ممکنه واستون بکنند. چرا؟؟؟؟ چون این یک قمار هستش. ممکنه آفیسر درجا ویزا بده و شک نکنه یا ممکنه سرچ کنه اسم شما رو و ببینه مقالتون رو و خدایی ناکرده آمریکا بی آمریکا!!!

توصیه ۳: توضیحات قانع کننده آماده کنید و تمرین کنید و در روز مصاحبه هم ارایه بدید هم بصورت شفاهی و هم در رزومه. بعنوان مثال: شفاهی شما عنوان می کنید که این تشابهات واژگانی هستش و مقاله داره روی بعد رایج مساله ایکس کار میکنه و این یک اصل اساسی در فلان رشته هستش و یک مقاله ی ایکس (باتوجه به رشته حساستون) محض نیست. بگید این مقاله به تشریح عملکرد کلی فلان پرداخته و قرار هستش مبنایی برای ادبیات تحقیق دیگری به نام ایکس باشه که در حال توسعه هستش و این تحقیق ایکس رو با عنوان کاملا سیف عنوان کنید. یه موضوع مقاله سیف داشته باشید و در رزومه عنوان کنید که توضیح می دهم چطوری. یا چیزی شبیه به این باتوجه به مقاله و رشتتون. قطعا برای برخی مقالات ذاتا حساس و بسیار بسیار ضایع جواب نخواهد داد. مثلا نحوه جلوگیری از حملات هکری و سایبری به اپراتور های ملی از جانب پشتیبان های ابر سایبری دنیا. یا چنین چیزی.

توصیه آخر: رزومه رو برای درج توضیحات کتبی بالا با دانشگاه آپدیت کنید و توصیه بالا رو در زیر مقاله حساس بعنوان توضیحاتش بنویسید و مقاله ساختگی غیر حساس رو که گفتم رو هم در بخش Working papersبیارید و اشاره کنید که مثلا روی چه چیزی کار میکنه و خب اون چیز رو کاملا سیف انتخاب می کنید دیگه.

این ها در کنار ریسرچ پلن سیف و کلا sop سیف یک پکیج متقاعد کننده به حساب میاد. هرچند نمی تواند معجزه گر باشد.
امیدوارم برای افراد با شرایط مشابه خودم مفید باشه.
