For compiling oreo on this device you just need those repos and run device/huawei/alice/patches/patches.sh script.

About RIL, the trick is some implementation cleanups and reworks plus a dirty hack to prevent radio services to be stopped if persist.radio.noril is true. This most likely will keep radio services running even without sim, so if you want to prevent this, just if you are using ur phone without sim card add this file into system/etc/init

Also added android.hardware.nfc@1.0 to be build from source as there were tons of logspam about its missing

Still can't build oreo and test/use it (p8 lite broke as you know) so I am leaving all here so someone maybe will build it, as soon as I got a build I will share it.
