Sunday May 14 AMA Highlights

- The 4th iteration of the contract has come back with some minor issues that are being cleaned up. This will be deployed in the coming weeks.

- The NFT marketplace that has come over from the Tiny Tesla merger is being tweaked. It should be brought over relatively soon.

- Property management portal updates - The contractual agreements that have been passed and verified in the UK and also in New Zealand have been sent over to be checked in Indian and the USA.

- Energy Brokerage - OUT is starting to initiate some partnerships in the US.

- The OUT reorganization is pretty much complete with individuals now in place in their respective position for both crypto and the business side.

- Contract Audit with correction to those issues is ongoing. OUT paid for a very thorough audit and has had numerous back and forth conversations with Interfi.

- We are looking to ensure there are no issues prior to Launch with a purely clean audit. Launch is expected within the next 30 days.

- Dapps for the DEX, NFT Marketplace are being worked on in the background so that these utilities can be released soon after Launch.

- Market Cap upon launch will be lower as we don't have as much liquidity as previous this will lead to larger prices fluctuations. OUT is looking in to how we can mitigate this. We will be putting funds from the real world utility into liquidity in the future.

- We filed report on the liquidity drain in the UK and with Binance but we have not heard anything back yet. Once the report is filed with local authorities they work directly with Binance. Following the outcome OUT will get a report at the end.

- Dalton is officially the head of Marketing. OUT is comprising a list of all our partners to ensure a win-win situation for all parties involved.

- Energy Brokerage we continue to push especially in the US seeking additional partnerships.

- Housing - OUT is still meeting with Attorneys for the contract in the US.

- We have some new mods in training to assist with the Turkish and Chinese chat groups.

✳️Rewards deployer threshold currently 0.02% of supply, but due to low trading volume we're considering changing to 0.01% (850k $OUT) of total supply.

✳️ Poll to be done on whether or not to temporarily divert the rewards element of taxes (4%) away from rewards and into the LP. We will not need to move to a v3 of the contract to alter the taxes.

✳️The team, marketing & development tokens have now been moved to multi signatory wallets.

✳️We are still building our real world businesses, Scott and Simon have been working on the Energy brokerage and Property management businesses.

✳️Revenue from the businesses are not immediately going to the outenomics as will be needed to cover the costs of running the businesses, incl staff recruitment

✳️Pulse isn't in our immediate plans but a review will be made once that has proven itself

✳️ CMC and Coingecko listing will happen eventually, but that is not our current focus. Divewallet supports pricing regardless of the listing on coin tracking websites.

Vested tokens airdrop for September is this weekend. Only seed and private round investors receive these as they're the only ones vested. These rounds were closed in November 2022. If you bought at any time prior to early November last year.

If you haven't received any airdrop, either in April this year, or since June and onwards, please let us know now so we can review.

Diamond handed seed investors have been allocated a 5x on their original investment and private round investors a 2x. Any of these that sold after either the original launch or since the relaunch will see their enhanced allocation multiple reduced to either 2x (seed) or removed entirely (private) for remaining airdrops.

The private round airdrop will conclude with a final monthly distribution at the end of November 2023. The seed round airdrop will continue until and incl May 2024.

Please, if you didn't invest until presale in 2023 do not ask for your airdrop, you're not eligible!
