Thank you for working with us. Please review the terms below before completing a purchase.

Account Recovery

Once an account is successfully unbanned, the service is considered complete. We cannot guarantee the account will remain active, as future actions taken by the platform are outside our control. If the account is disabled or banned again at any point after restoration, no refunds, chargebacks, or compensation will be provided. All payments are final once the unban is completed. If you are paying for an unban you agree you have read the Full Terms of Service here.

Service Recovery Delivery

Our service is considered fulfilled once the account is live and back online. Payment is due upon completion. We are not responsible for client credentials.

Account Delivery

Our service is considered fulfilled once the account login credentials are delivered. At that point, the account is considered transferred to the buyer.

If the buyer logs in and actively uses the account—such as posting, editing profile or cover photos, following accounts, messaging users, or making any account changes—this confirms acceptance of the transfer and the account is considered in use. In these situations, funds may be released to the seller.

Securing the Account

Buyers are given up to six (6) hours from the time credentials are delivered to fully secure the account.

We recommend securing the account as soon as possible by:

• Changing the password

• Updating and securing the associated email

• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA)

• Changing the username if applicable

• Resetting credentials and removing our access

Completing these steps ensures the account is fully secured under your control.

Grace Period & Availability

If the buyer is unresponsive or absent for 12 hours during the transfer process, we reserve the right to proceed with releasing funds, as delivery obligations have been met.

Condition of Sale

All pages and accounts are sold as-is. While we are always happy to provide guidance or assistance during the transfer process, we do not offer warranties or guarantees regarding future performance, platform changes, or account status after delivery.
