ꢾ𓍢ִ໋ (P)erayaan•───I, 𝑻anggal 19 Februari diperingati sebagai Hari Komando Pertahanan Udara Nasional. Hari ini merupakan peringatan atas terbentuknya Komando Pertahanan Udara Nasional (Kohanudnas).
ꢾ𓍢ִ໋ (P)engertian & (S)ejarah•───II, 𝑲ohanudnas merupakan komando utama terpenting dalam kekuatan Markas Besar TNI dan TNI Angkatan Udara (TNI AU). Kohanudnas juga bertugas untuk menjaga keamanan ruang udara nasional. Kohanudnas dalam melaksanakan tugasnya didukung oleh satuan radar TNI AU yang ditempatkan di berbagai daerah. Kini, Kohanudnas memiliki empat Komando Sektor.

Sejarah ‣ •─── Hari Kohanudnas 19 FebruariKomando Pertahanan Udara Nasional berawal dari SOC (Sector Operation Center), yang berdiri pada tahun 1958. Tugas SOC adalah menumpas pemberontakan daerah-daerah yang ingin memisahkan diri dari pemerintah pusat seperti: PRRI di Sumatera dan Permesta di bagian Timur Indonesia.Kemudian, dibentuk Komando Gabungan Pertahanan Udara (Kohanudgab) pada tahun 1961, yang terdiri dari Kohanud Angkatan Darat, Kohanud Angkatan Laut dan Kohanud Angkatan Udara. Kohanudgab bertugas menjaga pusat pertahanan di bagian Timur Indonesia.Lalu, tahun 1962 dibentuk Komando Pertahanan Udara Nasional (Kohanudnas). Presiden/Panglima Tertinggi Angkatan Perang Republik Indonesia mengeluarkan Keputusan Presiden Nomor: 08/PIM/PI/62, tanggal 9 Februari 1962. Keppres tersebut sebagai dasar pembentukan Kohanudnas
