Through Outtalent, our graduates supported each other on bad days, toasted each other's victories on the good days, and in the end, shared the same life-changing event. We believe this is the foundation of Outtalent, and one of the goals of the offsite was to celebrate it.
With over 150 received offers, Outtalent has helped 70 people get jobs at companies they wanted to work at. We have 50+ fellows enrolled now, navigating the challenges of the current market, putting in the hours, and never losing track of their goals. We hope having moments like this ahead can fuel their hard work.
So many dreams had to converge so we could meet in Cambridge, and we are so grateful they did. Here's to having many more offsites ahead of us, and if we ever need a little push forward, we have the perfect video to get it from.
