Thread; I felt, I thought

ใ€€๏พŸ๏ฝฅ๏ฝก๏ฝฅ๏พŸ You know, itโ€™s okay if what happened still affects you. Even if you think itโ€™s been โ€œlong enoughโ€ and you should be over it, if youโ€™re not, thatโ€™s alright. Take your time to heal. Baby steps are fine. Just be honest with yourself and where you are mentally so you can deal with it the best you can. Also, guilt and grieving in recovery are definitely things, so be ready for those.
You can mourn the life you could have had and you can simultaneously celebrate the one youโ€™re currently living. You donโ€™t have to follow a timeline set by either you or someone else. Donโ€™t feel weak or dumb for still feeling what you feel.
โ€œSometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory.โ€
constant pain, my body is suffering because of my stupid decisions
It actually sounds disgusting to me but we gotta handle it
I already won that ugly war I really hope you get better or whatever
