You'll need Telegram's desktop app to solve the issue, so go grab it from their site.

•Go to SETTINGS
•Proceed to PRIVACY AND SECURITY settings
•Scroll down until you face the SENSITIVE CONTENT tab and make sure to tick the filter off

Once you launch the app again, you should be good to go on any device you're using telegram on, since it's a general setting for your account.

Please do spread this as much as you can, for it seems to hit randomly and overnight, there's no way to know when you'll be locked out of a nsfw channel you're following.
