Russian TU-22M3s performed exercises at Belaya Air Base in Irkutsk Oblast. Note the large Kh-22 (AS-4 'Kitchen') long-range anti-ship missile (with land attack capability). Last month footage emerged of a TU-22M3 launching a pair of AS-4s against a target somewhere in Ukraine.
