Overnight in the southern West Bank, naval commandos from the Israeli Navy's Shayetet 13 unit were filmed rappelling from a helicopter into the town of Yatta, near Hebron. The footage was published by Palestinian media.

The IDF has not commented on the video or on what the unit was doing there.

India has summoned Pakistan's top diplomat in New Delhi to protest after a Pakistan Navy ship collided with an Indian Navy warship in international waters in the North Arabian Sea. India's Ministry of External Affairs said the collision caused no major damage.

Iranian-backed militias in Iraq have raised their alert status and evacuated several headquarters over concerns that the United States and Saudi Arabia may strike inside Iraq, the Hezbollah-affiliated Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar reports. A senior militia official told the paper that brigades were instructed to vacate some command sites for two to three days, following information that Riyadh, with American support, could launch strikes in response to attacks on Saudi oil facilities fired from Iraqi territory.

14 Russian military satellites passed over Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia in the days before Iran struck it in late March, collecting imagery on March 20, 23 and 25.

The base hosts U.S. and Saudi personnel. A U.S. Air Force E-3 Sentry AWACS, relocated in advance to protect it, was severely damaged. American service members were wounded.
