Religious Covidism - the new heresy being propagated by the Greek Archdiocese. No wonder there is a movement among Greeks to declare independence from the Patriarchate in Turkey.
https://orthodoxreflections.com/the-new-heresy/
those of you who plan to stay in the Greek Archdiocese need to face a hard fact – 50% or more (being conservative in the estimate, probably more like 70%) of your countrymen view your hierarchs as outright enemies. You can’t just sweep all this under the rug and pretend it is not happening. We are not talking about just politics as usual. For many of your neighbors, the Patriarchate of Constantinople is now openly, vociferously, and unquestionably aligned with positions that attack our children while putting the future of our nation at risk. Not to mention our ability to freely exercise our Orthodox Faith. https://orthodoxreflections.com/is-the-patriarchate-of-constantinople-an-enemy-of-the-american-people/
In the 1980s and ’90s, I was an Anglican who was devastated by the heresy and rapid downfall of the Episcopal Church (TEC) and the ill effect that it had on the whole Anglican Communion. I was pushed out of TEC because I would not sign on to their immoral agenda. It broke my heart, but I had to leave. Others may have the stomach for what they now see the hierarchy doing to the Greek Orthodox Church in this country. It may sound like an exaggeration, but like a combat veteran with post-traumatic stress disorder, I find myself flinching at the outrageous claims and misguided actions of these two high-profile hierarchs, Bartholomew and Elpidophoros. Having seen what is plain for all to see, I for one am suspicious of every action that they take. For me to go on in submission to such heretical and schismatic bishops would be an act of continued support when, in truth, I no longer support them. I don’t want to gamble with my eternal salvation.

Any good scientist knows that science is a cerebral activity that must follow the Scientific Method, unbiased by any personal belief system. Faith, on the other hand, is an activity of the heart. When science descends from the brain to the heart, it loses its dispassionate objectivity and becomes Scientism, an idol for worship. Similarly, when faith in God is in the brain, we are not faithful followers, for we are relying on our very limited cerebral understanding rather than our love for God to follow Him. In the early 1960’s, St. Luke of Crimea, a renowned scientist, attended a medical conference dressed as a bishop. A communist approached him saying, “Do you still believe in God? Don’t you know we sent someone into space, but he didn’t find evidence of God up there?” to which St. Luke replied, “And as a surgeon, I have observed many brain surgeries up close, but I have never found evidence of wisdom in there either.” The communist’s mistake was his tower of Babel mentality in assuming that the Creator would be found residing within His own creation. The boundaries of limited and error-prone science represent our very limited human understanding of life; whereas God’s unlimited wisdom, which always surpasses human understanding (including science) is found by Faith.

Dr. Young: “The name ‘vaccine’ is trickery used for bureaucratic reasons to receive an urgent approval, ignoring all the normal rules necessary for new drugs, especially for those involving novel nanotechnological mechanisms never experienced by humans"

"I sincerely believe that if I received a COVID-19 vaccination, I would be committing an immoral act and grave sin. According to my faith, I would be prevented from receiving eternal life through Jesus Christ. I believe that receiving a COVID-19 vaccine would subject me to eternal torment in hell because of the grave sins of participating in abortion, partaking in fetal experimentation, partaking in the use of cells taken without consent (a violation of the image and likeness of God), ignoring the clearly expressed Will of God for my life and the lives of all faithful Orthodox Christians, and the grave sin of ignoring the express warnings of the Holy Spirit delivered through saints and elders not to partake of these injections, that taking these vaccines would be a grave sin of participating in demonic activity that could be leading to the Mark of the Beast, which is the ultimate rejection of the Kingdom of God leading to eternal damnation, and that I would be imbibing impurities that would violate the status of my body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. At the risk of my immortal soul, I must avoid the COVID-19 vaccine at all costs."

The genuine Orthodox Christian is not drawn to Ecumenism, which accepts Roman Catholicism or Protestantism as true churches to whom we must show co-operation and love. Yes, we must love them, but we must love in Truth because Divine Love is always united with Truth. God sends the power of His Love when He is worshiped “in spirit and in truth.” (John 4:24) As Orthodox Christians we love everyone, and we desire that they come to know the Truth. This is what the “God of Love” teaches us. We do not hate anyone because of their heresy or infidelity to Christ, but we will also never love infidelity or heresy for the sake of any person, because that will alienate us from God.

Ecumenism tries to find common ground between the faith of Orthodoxy and heterodoxy, never considering the fundamental differences between the two. Ecumenism proclaims that there is salvation in all religions, thereby overturning the very foundation of the Christian faith and rejecting the teachings of Holy Scripture, which states, “It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth … Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:11-12) https://orthodoxreflections.com/the-scandal-of-ecumenism-greek-and-english/
For those who feel abandoned, know that there are hero bishops fighting the COVID narrative. For those who believe GOARCH represents illumined Orthodox leadership on COVID and jabs - know that you are completely wrong.

To encourage uptake of the jabs and their associated mega-profits, Big Pharma was fully invested in suppressing treatment protocols and keeping the level of fear as high as possible. Until now.

Everything just changed. Merck and Pfizer have now figured out ways to earn obscene profits treating COVID. And the NYT is ecstatic:

"In the simplest terms, they can help turn Covid into a more ordinary respiratory disease, similar to the common cold or flu, rather than one that’s killing about 1,000 Americans a day and dominating daily life for millions.COVID can now be allowed to become endemic. "

Rising numbers of “cases” (as inflated as those are by inaccurate testing) no longer need be cause for hysteria. Now a “case” equals profits for Pfizer and Merck. It is no longer necessary to shut down the economy to “stop the spread.” It is no longer necessary to mask. Doctors no longer have to pretend that there is no treatment. COVID is going to be no more serious than any other cold / flu. The NYT said so. Pfizer may lose out on revenue from vaccines / boosters that fewer will want in the absence of panic, but that jig is largely up anyway (as we will see shortly). Whatever Pfizer loses in revenue from the vaccines should be more than made up for in selling treatment.

Roman Catholic bishops have sued in various places opposing COVID restrictions. So have Protestants. Pastors of various heterodox denominations have defied restrictions, willingly facing fines and even arrest to keep their churches open. Heterodox pastors have written letters supporting vaccine religious exemptions for Orthodox Christians. This was necessary because their own priests had refused to help them, citing directives from their bishops. We need bold episcopal leadership, because the world is waking up to the swindle. A general loss of confidence will follow in authority. We do not want the Church to be a victim of that.

Abp. Longin of Ukraine warns: “Tremendous events are being prepared. I’m speaking of those who desire one (new) faith, meaning that there would be a uniting of religions. This must happen soon because if they do not establish one (new) faith they will not be able to crown the Antichrist.”

The scientist Craig Venter was deeply involved in mapping the human genome. In 2010, he led the team that created “synthetic life.” Madej calls him “the brains” behind “transhumanism.” She reports that when someone asked Venter about God, he replied: “Well, God creates. Now I can create — we can create — now we’re gods.” His Wired profile is subtitled: “He wanted to play God, so he cracked the human genome. Now he wants to play Darwin and collect the DNA of everything on the planet.”

The short answer: The central-banker and intelligence branches of the Megalomaniacs are conducting a full-blown coup to install a global slavery system. They seek to end paper currencies and exert total control over populations through tracking, tagging, drugging, and monitoring. They want injections, digital passports, a digital ID, and then digital currencies. Most jobs earning $20 or less will be automated away by 2030 anyway, so mass genocide is also perfectly acceptable. The fiat money system is being sustained while the new system is rolled out in fits and starts. https://orthodoxreflections.com/get-thee-behind-me-scientism-transhumanism-part-two/
Archbishop Michael’s letter, "Therefore, I am urging all parishioners in our New York State parishes, whether or not they have been vaccinated, to wear masks in church during the weeks ahead..." Compare that to Bishop George of Canberra Auxiliary Bishop Australia-New Zealand Diocese Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia said in an epistle, “We should remember that whether we get sick from the virus or not is up to God, and when and how we die is up to God, not determined by a virus.” We need Apostolic boldness!

Omicron is a good thing. As we have been making the case (here and here), the pandemic is over. Smart money is that shortly everyone will be getting off the COVID train, if for no other reason than to preserve some shreds of credibility. Those who keep pushing the COVID narrative past the sell-by date are likely to have none. At this point, anyone fomenting panic over Omicron will fall under suspicion of being either neurotic or having ulterior motives. Which is why we implored Orthodox Bishops to embrace the end of the pandemic and start to pick up the pieces of our broken society. https://orthodoxreflections.com/not-so-bold-leadership-from-archbishop-michael-of-ny-and-nj/
