Dear parish members,

Some correspondence has been received by the offices of our Diocese regarding our renovations project.

With the blessing of Abp George, I can advise the following:

Firstly:
any further correspondence regarding the matter of our renovations project is referred to our parish office, at: office@HolyAnnunciation.net.
(*The issues raised in this correspondence can then be raised during the AGM*).

Secondly,
In the first instance: any other issues, including complaints, are referred to be raised at the AGM. (*N.B.: this is to be held in 11 days, on Sunday 25 August*).

Further, I also advise the following:

Firstly: Membership of our Parish Association remains open. Benefits of membership include receiving reports, participating in general meetings, and being involved in decisions that affect the life of our parish. Applying for membership is open to, and encouraged for, all adult baptised parishioners of Holy Annunciation.
Membership applications close on this Saturday, 17 August.

Secondly: Nominations to the Parish Council are still open. Being on the Parish Council means to be a part of the management committee of the parish for the year ahead; it is this group of 7 people who, between them, manage the administration of the parish, and ensure the best stewardship of parish resources.
Nominations to the Parish Council will also close on this Saturday, 17 August.

- Fr Andrew
